Responsibilities

Qualified applicants should have at least two years of OEM experience with Factory Training, BMW or Volkswagen product experience a plus.

They should have the ability to perform work as outlined on the repair order, evaluate the vehicle for safety items and efficiently diagnose problems in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

They should have the ability to effectively communicate with the shop foreman and the service advisors to advise requirements for needed repairs. They should be capable of providing estimates on additional repairs and follow through with the parts department when parts are needed.
