The Receptionist is an essential position within Post Oak Motors. This person will be the face of Bentley, Bugatti, Karma, and Rolls-Royce Houston when greeting visitors and callers to our showroom. We are seeking an individual who can and will ensure a customer-friendly and exceptional experience for our visitors and callers.

Responsibilities and Duties

The chosen candidate will:

• Cordially greet and host customers as they enter the showroom, answer basic inquiries, direct them to the appropriate party
• Answer and utilize a multi-line phone system
• Assist management team with projects when needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous automotive experience is a plus
• Previous experience working in the luxury industry
• Spanish a plus
• Minimum of 3 years experience performing receptionist and general clerical duties, communicating with the public by telephone and in-person
• Experience with the operation of a multi-line telephone system and handling a high volume of telephone calls with courtesy, speed, and accuracy
• Experience with computers and other standard office equipment
• MS Office product suite knowledge ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a team environment with enthusiasm to assist with various duties and projects 
• Familiarization with standard office procedures
